Dear diary,

Tonight I was very afraid of an angry, toothy dog, but I remembered the old German saying, "Fear makes the wolf bigger than he is " and then I realized he was actually a very tiny dog.

Also, tonight I used my superpowers to read an old man's mind and he was thinking, "That cat can read my mind!" HOW DID HE KNOW?
I challenged this rival to a stare-down but he said he was sleepy and suddenly I was alone... HE VANISHED!

Gone!!

Gone like my birthday chocolates. :(
